Antique American Sterling Mounted Cut Crystal Powder Bowl is Exquisite with Its Sterling Silver Top with a Circle of Embossed Swirl Folate Rocaille Centered with an Engraved Monogram EWC, the C is Centered in the Middle.  The deeply cut highly decorated bowl is a generous size at 4 1/2" diameter with the overall height including the top is 3".  It is a very impressive piece with a deeply cut 16 point star.  This is an outstanding piece with the glass measuring a thick 1/4" all the cutwork sparkles. Amazingly the top has no dents which is rare to see and the glass is also in excellent condition.  Marked Sterling 940.
