Jewelry Descriptions and Condition Rating System
NWT (new with tag), NWC (new with card), New -- Acquired in liquidation as Store Stock. Please note new may not be a current product. The retail tags may have clearance tickets or markdown writing over the MSRP pricing/manufacturer attached tags/cards. If included, boxes or packaging may be damaged from store or liquidation labels or tape but it will not affect the contents. Item may be out of original packaging and may have been handled on a retail shelf. It was not sold.
If the item is Sterling Silver, .925 (92.5% silver), the sterling may be tarnished from exposure to air and may need a gentle cleaning/polishing. Tarnish is not soil but is a naturally occurring oxidation process that takes place when silver is exposed to air. Clean your sterling gently with any of the well known silver cleaning products. There are many readily available in your local supermarket, large retail chain or the Internet. I mostly prefer a silver polishing cloth. If a more thorough cleaning is needed, I like Twinkle Silver Cream with any soft cloth and lastly, Wright's Silver Cream. I do not recommend dips. When not in use, keep your sterling sealed in simple food storage bags or the zip bag in which your item arrived.
Pre-owned - Item can be in excellent, very good, good or fair condition. Acquired as retail returns. Item may have been worn before being returned or may have been returned due to preference. I will note such in the listing and also note to the best of my ability any damages, defects, soiling or imperfections. It may or may not have the tags included.
I will try my best to note major imperfections. However, it is impossible to note every mark, impression, scuff, and scratch inherent to the metals and stones used in the composition.
Items may or may not come with the original packaging, card or box. If a box is included, it will be mentioned in the listing. The box may be damaged or may have the labels or the remnants of store sticker on it. Logos and designer marks if identified will not be defaced or removed.
A note about colors other than black: Colors vary from monitor to monitor and eye to eye. Blues, reds, greens, pinks, corals etc. have many different shades, tones and hues. If you are looking for a particular shade for an exact match, please ask questions and do not bid until you receive an answer. Thank you.
Shipping Details
Free shipping on jewelry applies to the US Only Weship fast! You will find your package will be shipped the same or next business day after payment is received and cleared by PayPal. We also want any shipping costs incurred by you to be as reasonable as possible, but we want your package to arrive safely while remaining in the confines of reasonable shipping fees. Therefore, the carrier is at our discretion and is based on your location in relationship to ours. We use new boxes/envelopes and packaging materials. If an item was listed with free shipping, it will be sent either USPS First Class mail, FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS Parcel Post. We have seen anywhere from 2-8 day delivery times. We include delivery confirmation in our shipping cost and on items over $249 we include and require your signature confirmation when delivered. Insurance if requested is stated in the listing. For increased security, wedeliver your item directly to the USPS, UPS, or FedEx but we cannot control delivery times once a package is in the possession of the carrier.
We combine shipping when items are paid for on one invoice. If you haven't already received a combined invoice, contact me for one. Certain restrictions apply. Total value of all items must be under $1200. Items must be purchased within 7 days of the first item. Please contact us at pinchrosemary@gmail.com with your intentions and wait for a combined invoice before paying. Sorry, we do not offer pick-up service.
Shipping Outside the States
Occasionally we will make an exception. Please contact us for a quote at pinchrosemary@gmail.com. Shipping outside the states could be expensive. We am a registered taxpaying business in the US and we cannot alter the customs forms to show a lesser value than you paid; nor can the item be checked as a gift. If you are not aware of your country's import tariff and value added tax (VAT) information, you may want to review it before you agree to accept my terms. The import and value added taxes (VAT) that your country imposes may be significant but they are not in our control, and they are charged to you upon delivery.
We ship USPS International Priority or Express Mail only using the actual cost on an estimated weight plus insurance. .Shipping fees are invoiced separately. Please note, if we overestimate the weight of an item in our estimate, we refund the difference if you let us know after receiving the item. Transit times are not in our control.
Payment Details
Without prior communication, payment is expected within 5 days. The item must ship to the address on your PayPal account.
7% NJ Sales Tax applies to sales in NJ. Not applicable to clothing and shoes.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of my business and the product we sell, all sales are final. However, if under extenuating circumstances, should an exception be made and I agree to accept a return, please note shipping and associated shipping costs are not refundable.
UNPAID ITEM POLICY
I realize that from time to time allowances need to be made for a for an unpaid item. Please note the following:
1 - Your bid is a contract to buy.
2 - Under certain conditions, we may process a waiver of an Unpaid Item Dispute, however the listing fee and 10% of the final value fee of the item will be assessed. This is to cover the cost of the additional resources associated with the re-listing.
3 - Additionally we ask that a mutual agreement we initiate to end the transaction favorably be completed by the bidder.
Disclosure
We make every effort to remove designer logos from our listings and our advertisements but not from the product. Our products are the genuine article as represented and obtained through legal channels.
