Another Formal Portrait

 

     I just had to paint them again!! 

After painting a couple cupcakes I took a new look at one of
my favorite crackers Cheez-it’s and decided I had to paint
some. I love painting anything orange so I knew it would be
fun. I made discoveries when I started looking at this simple
little snack. When I first started painting them they looked like
orange pillows. I was surprised at the amount of salt on them,
mine are on the lightly salted side. Looking closely I realized
that they were two layers that are crimped on the edges and
poked in the center, and they kind of puff up when they are
baked. Hail to the little cheese cracker! This painting measures
10”x8” is done in oil on hardboard. It is an Original and is
Copyrighted.
