Desoto Super Speedway is being offered for sale at an offering price of $71,500per acre or $4,504,000 (63

acres). The offering is all inclusive of all assets, inventory, buildings, and vehicles minus the F350 pace truck

which is personally owned by John Sarppraicone.

This facility is in the heart of the Tampa, Orlando, and Sarasota hub. It is located 9 miles East of Interstate 75

on State Road 64 in Bradenton, Florida. The surrounding area has much to offer with many upscale and high

Desoto Super Speedway is known as the South’s Fastest Short Track. The 3/8 mile oval track is 1/3 mile

around the 10 foot apron. The outside retaining wall is ½ mile around. The asphalt racing surface is 60 feet

wide with the turns banked at 12 degrees and the straightaway is banked at 6 degrees. The average lap time for

the Open Wheel Modified class is more than 90 mph and speeds can reach more than 100 mph down the

straightaway. The track, pit area and parking lots are illuminated with 135,000 watts of halide lighting for

safety and convenience. Food and beverages are offered in the pit area as well as the main grand stand area.  Upon
