Please note that SOME DVD's may have been rentals at one time. If this is the case they are only sold if our standard of quality is met.
Payments: We accept only PayPal Payments for all orders. Please contact us for any multiple orders, and we will GLADLY discount the attaching orders.
Shipping US: We ship our packages US First class mail for packages weighing 1-12 oz, and media mail for items 13 oz and up. All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared.
International: We ship to the following: Canada, Australia, Europe, and Asia WE DO NOT SHIP TO: Mexico, Greece, France and Central or South America. Due to the reason that these areas that have had a lot of lost or stolen packages. We hope you understand, for this is to protect you the Buyer and us the Seller.
We REQUIRE all international buyers to register your package! Add $15.00 USD to register packages $40 USD or more except Canada buyers. Canada buyers pay $3.00 USD on orders $40.00 USD up to $100.00 USD. All orders exceeding $100.00 pay $15.00 USD. We are sorry for this inconvenience, this is to protect your packages from being lost or stolen. ***By NOT registering your package you are giving up the right to file a dispute if package is lost or stolen.
USA - $3 for the first item and $1.75 each additional item.
Canada - $6 for the first item and $2.50 each additional item.
Worldwide - $10 for the first item and $5 each additional item.
Please take consideration of weekends and holidays, for these may add time delays which are out of our hands.
Returns: We appreciate your order, so we want to take care of you. If you have ANY problems with your order, PLEASE EMAIL us and we will do what we can to resolve your issue quickly and completely. But we do give you 7 days after receiving your order for returns.
Additional return policy details: The buyer has 7 days to return the item (the buyer pays shipping fees). If the item was NEW, it will be refunded if UNOPENED.
