While playing for the North Adams town team in 1908, he helped fix a game. When this became public, he shot himself through the heart. This booklet has his stats and a narrative telling about him, plus a picture of him. There's no individual scan for this item. The image shown herein is of Larry Lajoie's biog and is a representative sample of the format of all titles in the series . My eBay store has about 300 different biogs similar to these.
