7 days after the buyer receives it | Please contact us before returning an item or leaving feedback. If no insurance is purchased and an item is lost or damaged in shipping, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
If an item is lost or damaged in shipping and there is insurance, a claim will need to be filed with the carrier. All packaging material and postage records will need to be brought in to file a claim. Please Note: there will be a 20% restocking fee on returned items unless otherwise arranged.
