All items come with 30-day warranty unless advertised
differently. If
the item you have ordered is defective please contact us within
the 7 days of the delivered day, after 7 days you will need to
pay RMA Processing fees. We will replace or repair the
defective item for you. (Buyer
must pay shipping fee to ship it back-no exception). In
the even that a replacement is not available, buyer may
choose
to substitute with a difference product, upgrade, or similar
product. (If
received a wrong item please notify us within 7 days of the
delivered day, after 7 days we will not process for exchange.)
RMA
Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging and
displaying the appropriate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. To obtain a RMA number for your order, please contact us.
All RMA numbers are valid for (10) days from their
original date of issue. Returned packages displaying an invalid
or expired RMA number will not be accepted or pay RMA Processing
fees.
- For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 10
days with a
RMA
# which we assigned.
- Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the
full purchase price and shipped via a traceable means (e.g.
USPS with Delivery Confirmation)
- Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be
accepted.
- A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
- Pick up service is not available for return merchandise.
- All defective products will be replaced or repaired within
the appropriate warranty period.
- All return products
will be tested by our technicians to verify the problem. If
found to be non-defective, we may ship back to the customer at
his/her cost
.
- For
any damage or lost item claims please allow up to 30 business
days for the processing investigation by the shipping carrier,
once the claim approved we will replace or resend the item!!

Return product must be in original clean condition box with
original accessories, packaging, manuals, registration card, UPC

ACCEPTED BACK FOR RETURN OR REFUND.

videos are not refundable and no warranty. warranty must be
