I greatly appreciate your business and would like to take a few moments of your time to explain the new DSR Ratings mainly known as the stars when leaving feedback for a buyer. The DSR Ratings are the 5 star ratings in my feedback profile. Most people think this 5 tiered rating is very similar to the typical school type grading system where 5 stars would be an “A” grade and 4 stars would be a “B” grade and so on. E-Bay’s DSR grading system is not anything like the school grading system. A seller will get suspended for a total rating of 4.3 or less regardless of their feedback. This means that a rating of 4 stars is basically a failing grade and giving a 4 star rating will get a seller suspended and it only takes a very few 4 Star ratings to get suspended. Also, when filling out the stars, PLEASE fill out all of them. If you leave any of them blank because maybe it didn't apply to that purchase, e-bay reads it as a 0. Anything less than a 5 Star rating is a failing grade in E-Bay’s eyes. PLEASE keep this in mind when leaving feedback. Thank you so much!

Below is a key code to the condition of the item in the auction. Please note, this is MY view of the quality of clothing. I try to be AS ACCURATE as possible.

NWT- meaning New with the tags still attached.

NWOT- The item is new but the tags are no longer attached. It may have been washed but has NOT EVER Been worn- I will tell you in the description if it has been washed. (My kiddos have so many clothes that sometims an item gets the tags taken off and washed but they never wear it !)

EXCELLENT USED CONDITION/LIKE NEW- Item shows little to no wash wear such as piling or fade. No flaws unless mentioned. Excellent condition is not the same as NEW condition.

GREAT USED CONDITION- Item is gently USED and WASHED. Shows mild wash wear with mild piling and fade. No visable flaws unless mentioned in description.

GOOD USED CONDITION- Item is used but still in wearable good condition. Shows signs of piling and fade. May show faint stains or small holes. Should be noted in item description.

FAIR USED CONDITION/PLAY CONDITION- In used condition and meant for worry free playing, daycare, or preschool. Shows wear such as piling and fade. May have flaws which will be noted in description.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING EXPLANATION:
Here is an explanation of my shipping and handling charges...I do ship first class/parcel post for cheaper shipping to you, the buyer. My shipping costs DO include a small handling fee since I'm not shipping Priority and I have to purchase my own supplies such as labels, polymailers (which are more expensive but are waterproof unlike Priority boxes), ink for my printer, and gas to the post office. This is STILL cheaper for you.

I will ship all packages Parcel Post or First Class unless stated Priority with delivery confirmation once your payment is received and cleared. I will always print the label using Paypal so you will receive an e-mail once the label has been printed (unless you are an internatinal bidder, then it will not have a tracking number and will not be shipped using paypal. IF YOU ARE PURCHASING AN ITEM INTERNATIONALLY, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT GLOBAL EXPRESS IS THE ONLY WAY TO SHIP WITH A TRACKING NUMBER.

US buyers will AUTOMATICALLY get a tracking number since I use paypal to print the shipping number and all have delivery confirmation. Once you receive the e-mail, your item will ship either that day or the next (depending on the time the label was printed). You will have the confirmation number in the e-mail and can always access www.usps.com to track your package. I will always ship within 48 hours of receiving payment (usually within 24).
