This ALL Terrain is completely hand carved original terrain made of high-density polystyrene.

Very Sturdy. Very playable. This completely hand carved original terrain made of high-density polystyrene.

All my Terrain completely hand carved original terrain made of preformed dense white foam and , high-density polystyrene. Beautifully detailed, all stone and tile work is original design and hand carved with hot detail tools.

All terrain pieces painted and flocked to professional quality. All stone, clumpy turf, trees or other incidentals , which may be included, are securely anchored with high/multi-temp hot glue.

Each piece is painted with a base/primer coat of flat black interior/exterior acrylic paint for greater durability and protection. The bottom or underside of every piece is painted black for protection against scuffing and to add a professional finish to each item.

Lots of work and time has gone into this set. Lots of detail and care goes into every piece for realistic and fantastic appearance that adds to your table top gaming experience.

BUT if there is ever a problem with Terrain ALWAYS CONTACT THE SELLER. My personal policy is that if it was my fault I will make it right if I can. I don't do refunds. I will repair rebuild anything that is damaged as a result of my packaging.

Damage done by the gorillas occasionally employed by shipping entities the seller can not be held responsible for.

HANDLING

Things I do to save the buyer money:

handling fees usually include packaging coats as well as selling overhead costs. As wilth and Retailor the overhead is paid out of the sale of product or service.

These are sometimes hidden in the Item Price. My research shows that increases the feed I have to recobver and would elevate the item prie too high. Therefore, they are presented up front in handling fees. I take some steps pf extra effort to keep expenses for seller and buyer down without cpompromising the quality of packing and protection of your purchased items..

Every image you see on my auctions is Duplicated[ , sized, uploaded, added to code and then listed for your convenience and ability to see close ups of details of each and every item I list.

2. .....I don't use the groovy options like Super Size, Store front, BOLD, or Borders. All those options look real neat. They cost real Mooney. I can do morefor the Byer if I pay less.
3. .....I will consolidate shipping on multiple purchases. Because most of my work is pretty light weight, most time it costs little or no more to ship two or more items as one of the same or similar size. There are a few exceptions that must be shipped separately. And likewise, if several items would increase the box size to a higher ship rate I will split it to smaller and less expensive boxes.

4. .... I carefully and throughly research, and have a lot of experience with, size and shipping costs. Getting your item to you safe and in tact via the most reliable means at a minimum cost is a priority with me.

Actual Shipping FEES are what they are. Sellers have no control over what the post does as a Government owned institution.Priority Mail shipping is the only Shipping method that protects the seller against additional fees should an item be returned or refused upon delivery for any reason.
Priority is the safest and fastest way to ship most items.
Delivery Confirmation is no guarantee, BUT it is a tracking service.

EBAY KEEPS RAISING FEES FOR SELLERS.
As with any other hobby or business, Internet sales have overhead. PayPal FEES apply.

Ebay charges an Incretion Fee, Fees for EVERY OPTION (Which I never use) like Additional picture upload; Picture Pack, Gallery; Super Size; Buy It Now.
FINAL VALUE FEES are based on the % of Final Bid of the item Sold.

IF THE ITEM DOES NOT SELL, THE SELLER STILL HAS TO PAY ALL THE FEES.
Retailers have to cover the cost of rent, utilities, insurance, permits, licenses and employee payroll. EBAY over head is considerably less, but it still a considerable expense.

Handling fees reflect the cost of doing business on eBay, as well as packaging materials necessary for safe arrival.

These mark-ups are STILL LOWER THAN RETAIL prices. This is what makes Ebay attractive and valid. Sellers can only do this with repeated success if what is being sold covers the cost of it being sold.

What I do to save you money. Instead of using eBays picture pack I use links to images I make doubles of, rename, create html code for the viewer, upload and configure so that you don't loose the auction viewing a larger image. I make sure big images are available for he potential buyer. I will consolidate shipping and have even refunded extra shipping costs paid by the buyer.
