 Large 2Br & 2Ba unit on the 9th Floor of this 10 story complex. The Resort sits on Top of Sugar Mountain Overlooking Banner Elk  Our unit is located on the 9th Floor of this 10 story high-
The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. All cooking utensils are provided.There is a separate Dinning Room which joins with the Family Room. You can see the mountain views from almost all locations within the unit.
In the Family Room there is a Wood Burning Fireplace, Stereo, TV with over 70 channel cable, DVD player with surround sound and over 200 movies on DVD for you to choose from. We have a high café style table with chairs at the window to enjoy the awesome evable view while having your morning coffee. In the Master Bedroom you will find another TV with cable. The unit is tastefully decorated and has been furnished with many antiques. We have a large private balcony for you to enjoy the views and take in the fabulous sunsets.
You will have complete access to all of the Resorts Amenities including Pool, Hot Tub, Weight Room, Sauna & Steam Room Large Indoor Heated Pool open year round. Pool Area has many tables and chairs. Entire area enclosed by Glass, looking out onto the slopes and the mountain views. The Hot Tub and the Pool Area are open until 11 pm. No Life Guards are on duty. The Exercise Room has weight machines bicycles and treadmills. The Resort offer a Dry Sauna, which is Awesome before a Swim. The Resort also has a Steam Bath for your Pleasure. As you can see the Resort has much more to offer than just an Amazing View!!
While the View is Awesome during the Summer, it is even more so with the Fall Colors and with the blooming trees and plants in Spring. The Large Covered Balcony is the Perfect Place to read or just sit and enjoy .....The View.

The North Carolina mountains hold an array of interesting and exciting attractions. Grandfather Mountain, with it's famous "Mile High" Swinging Bridge, is located just 10 minutes from Sugar Mountain. Wildlife habitats, beautiful scenery, challenging hiking trails, and relaxing picnic sites are just a few of the many things you can experience when you visit Grandfather Mountain. Asheville NC is only 75 miles away from Sugar Mountain and features the world famous Biltmore House. Asheville is also the home to many unique and interesting arts and crafts. The beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway is just 10 minutes from our resort. Parkway visitors will enjoy the exhilarating hike up to breathtaking Linville Falls, the peacefulness of Julian Price Lake, and other wonderful scenery around the many picnic and camping sites. Appalachian State University in Boone is 20 minutes away. ASU offers many enjoyable programs featuring national symphonies, operas, plays, and shows at the Farthing Auditorium and Turchin Art Museum which are located on campus. There are lots of choices when it comes to skiing and snowboarding in Western North Carolina. Ski Beech, Sugar Mountain, and Ski Hawks nest are just a few slopes that are located within minutes of our resort. The beauty of underground caverns can be found at Linville Caverns. Linville Caverns is located approximately 20 miles from Sugar Mountain on Hwy 221 South. Young and old alike will enjoy visiting the nostalgic Tweetsie Railroad which is located between the towns of Boone and Blowing Rock on Hwy 321. Quaint shops and interesting arts and crafts can be found in downtown Blowing Rock . While there, you'll want to check out the breathtaking mountain views from the legendary "Blowing Rock". Aside from all that's mentioned above, there's exciting gem mining, guided fishing tours, wonderful antique shops, old-fashioned general stores, unique dining, and lots more!
