Packaging: 
CCNY takes every precaution possible to ensure your product arrives safe and secure.  We use several packaging options that may include foam packaging, foam inserts and double walled boxes, and use anti-static precautions on all shipments.  
 

Methods:  
As a standard, all servers are shipped out UPS ground service unless otherwise requested by the buyer.  UPS ground service may take 5- 10 business days to deliver your item depending on your location. CCNY will quote additional shipping methods or couriers upon request. Any additional shipping expense will be the responsiblity of the purchaser.  For freight items CCNY will quote out the most economical and safest method possible.  


Rates:  
Shipping rates are calculated in the Ebay auctions based on dimm weight and size of packaging.  Upon request we will provide shipping quotes for other shipping carriers and/or methods.  If you have a preferred vendor we  will ship on your shipping account number.


International Orders:  
International shipments are accepted however they must comply with the US Department of Commerce Exporting regulations.  Additional handling time may be required on international orders.

CCNY stands behind all products sold.  Warranty guidelines will be specified in all online auctions within the title, sub-title or body of the auction.  Warranty periods vary based on product.


All computer servers and workstations are custom configured to order. Engineering services are incorporated into the final sale price of the order.   In the event an order, requiring configuration by our engineering staff, is changed, reconfigured or canceled at the request of the buyer,after payment or partial payment has been received, CCNY reserves the right to charge the buyer for engineering services that have been incurred to date.

CCNY warrants all products sold.  Warranty periods are listed in all auctions and "Buy Nows".  Product warranty varies based on item.   Product may be returned for replacement, repair or merchandise credit.  To request a return, please contact our RMA department at 800-566-4786.  You will be issued an RMA number   The RMA number must be referenced on the package when returned.  Please do not return merchandise without referencing the RMA number.  


Request for return or refund for product that is not damaged may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
