Unless otherwise noted, and/or the item is physically/functionally different than was described in the listing, all Calumet Clearance Center sales are as is, non-returnable and without warranty. Sometimes we sell items that are new or demo units that include the manufacturer warranty, in which case any problems with that merchandise will be handled by the manufacturer. Also, (unless otherwise stated in the item description) all the items that we sell are warranted to arrive in working condition. If it is defective or materially different than the description, you have five business days after receipt of the item to inspect it and let us know about any problems. If it is not possible for us to correct the problem, then we will accept a return and issue a refund.

After the Auction
Please feel free to respond to the automatic invoice that is generated by the kind folks at eBay after you have successfully bid on and won an item. It is very easy to use their checkout procedure and arrange to send funds to us via PayPal. However, if you are a resident of Illinois, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New York, or California you will need to pay local sales tax. Also, if we are going to be shipping the item outside of the continental United States, it is best if you contact us before you send us any money to ensure that the proper amount is sent to us. In these special cases please contact us before you send in any funds.

Payment
For Verified eBay users our preferred method of payment is PayPal. But, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you would like to pay with any other means than PayPal, please email us at ebay@calumetphoto.com. All winning bidders outside the US and Canada who do not have a PayPal verified address should contact us to arrange for acceptable payment. All payment arrangements should be made within 5 working days of the close of the auction or purchase.

Shipping
We ship to most domestic and international locations unless a listing is specified as US Only. Our default shipping service is US Priority Mail, F.O.B. Chicago, Illinois. However, if the winning bidder prefers, for an additional cost we can ship via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and FedEx Economy2 Day services. Insurance is also available most of the time at an additional expense. Email ebay@calumetphoto.com if you have any questions about shipping. We do not offer local pick up. All eBay orders must be shipped.

Shipping, Handling and Insurance Charges
It is not our intention to make a profit from shipping and handling fees. But, we like most businesses do have an overhead that we have to protect. We cannot afford to lose money on shipping. We will always attempt to pass on to our customers only our actual costs of shipping the merchandise in a well-packaged, timely fashion.

International buyers - Please note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not maker merchandise values below value or mark items as 'gifts' - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Custom holds and delays vary from country to county and are beyond the control of the seller. Please do not hold us responsible for delivery delays caused by custom related issues.

We reserve the right to cancel bids from outside of the United States unless the bidder has a positive feedback rating of at least 15.
