RETURN POLICY

This return policy is unique to GENERATOR products from Sunpentown, and does not apply to any other products we sell, nor does the return policy for other products apply to any Sunpentown products. All Sunpentown products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, therefore absolutely no returns shall be sent directly back to debnroo, inc. This return policy applies to all purchases from this listing, and there are no exceptions.

RESTOCKING FEE

A 10% Restocking Fee will apply for all non-defective returns within 30 calendar days of purchase (date shown on listing on eBay). S&H is non-refundable.

NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON OR CIRCUMSTANCE

All Sunpentown Generators are sold with NO RETURNS as a policy. Warranty will still apply, but no Returns for any reason.

REPAIR FREIGHT

In the event that your Sunpentown product requires repair within 60 calendar days from the date of purchase (date shown on listing on eBay), SPT will pay for S&H both ways (to SPT, and back to you). After 60 calendar days until 1 year, SPT will only cover return S&H to the buyer (1 way).

DOA - DEFECT EXCHANGE

In the unlikely event that you receive non-functional product (DOA = Dead On Arrival), Sunpentown will exchange for a new unit. This process requires direct communication and coordination with Sunpentown, and the buyer acknowledges, by purchasing from this listing that the seller has no inventory, and under no circumstances will receive defective goods for a refund, nor directly ship replacements (because we don't warehouse this product).

REJECTED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Should the buyer reject or refuse shipments of this product, the buyer will not receive a refund for S&H, and may be responsible for any return shipping charges. If you paid for an item with "FREE SHIPPING" you may not receive a full refund in this circumstance. Please make sure that you furnish a valid shipment address with your payment, and are prepared to receive the shipment.

WARRANTY SERVICE

We do understand that the item you have purchased from us may have a defect that was not noticed, or did not develop until shortly after you began using the product. Each product we offer is fully backed by the manufacturers we represent, and we will assist you as much as possible in getting Warranty Service from the manufacturer. However, we do not provide parts, repair, or replacement directly under any circumstances.

All Warranty Service issues are handled directly by the manufacturer, including any manufacturer defects. All buyers acknowledge, by purchasing this item from us on this venue, that defects are not the fault of the seller, and that the manufacturer's warranty service procedure is the sole remedy for the unlikely occurrence.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped to a customer address from the same state as the warehouse must pay Sales Tax for that state. We have a warehouse in Colorado, but also dropship orders from several other states. eBay's Sales Tax system does not accomodate multi-state sellers, so you may be required to manually enter Sales Tax. If Sales Tax is due, and not sent with payment, we will send an invoice for the Sales Tax balance due. Your order may be delayed if proper Sales Tax is not paid.

Unless otherwise noted in a listing, all orders ship from our Colorado warehouse, and Colorado Sales Tax of 2.9% is due for orders shipping to Colorado addresses.
