This listing is for an efficiency unit at the Beso Del Sol.  This suite sleeps 2 and is adults only (must be at least 21 years of age to occupy a unit at this property), and this resort does not allow children!  Perfect for a romantic getaway, this unit has a queen size bed, a mini kitchen with 2 burner stove top, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and mini fridge.  All cookware, dinnerware, linens and towels are provided.  There is a cozy fireplace, tiled floors, a ceiling fan and french doors leading to the courtyard.  Unit is equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD player.  On site you will have access to a spacious media room with computer, books, TV and DVD player.  There is a washer/dryer and BBQ grill on site for your convenience.

This is a weekly rental rate valid for any Friday to Friday stay between the dates of 

December 18, 2009 - January 1, 2010

Rate does not include state/local tax.

It is very important that you email seller to check the availability of your desired dates PRIOR to placing a bid.  Some weeks may become available over the duration of the listing.  Failure to check availability prior to bidding/buying a week may result in desired dates being unavailable.  Seller cannot be responsible for bids/purchases made if buyer did not first check availability.  Buyer must be at least 21 years of age with a valid major credit card.  The overnight parking of oversized vehicles is prohibited.
