Remote Control vehicles that sustained damage during  use!

Remote Control helicopters and airplanes that sustained damage during use!

(In other words if you bought a car that was under warranty and ran it into a pole the dealership isn’t going to fix your car due to your negligence; so if a helicopter is dropped or hit against a tree the manufacturer will not pay for a replacement helicopter or airplane.)

Please allow 5 business days for us to respond to any Return of Merchandise and order status requests. You MUST have an rma (Return of Merchandise Authorization) number to return any merchandise.

If Product is Defective

If you receive a defective item, simply call the manufacturer for help. If you are unable to contact the manufacturer, send us an e-mail  and we will provide the manufacturer contact information. Please note that you must return all packaging, manuals, and items included in the original box, along with a detailed explanation of the defect item, to the manufacturer within 30 days. Please note that defective products due to negligence of use will not be returnable.
