Hello my fellow ebayers, I bought these toys in 1992 at a Japanese Toys Collector Store, I have Volume 1 and Volume 2 of these items in Separate Auctions. Each Street Fighter Box comes with 4 Metal Figures. Both Boxes are made by Bandai in 1992 and have a Capcom registered trademark sticker on them.
Volume 1 Box comes with
1 VEGA - 1 CHUN LI - 1 RYU - 1 MIKE BISON(Balrog)
Mike Bison has some small areas of oxidizing, but can be easily cleaned, with metal polishers.
Volume 2 Box comes with
1 BYSON - 1 KEN - 1 CHUN LI - 1 SAGAT
Byson has some small areas of oxidizing, but can be easily cleaned, with metal polishers.

While getting these auctions ready, I found a card that came out of the box, for both volumes, looks like trading cards, Volume 1 box comes with Ryu card, and Volume 2 comes with Chun Li Card, Please look at pics Provided for more information. Thanks
