When I tried the Riland Brand I was blown away by the Performance and Power.  It sliced through thick steel like butter, it was also easier to use and felt safer.  Plus the electrodes are reversible!  I have never seen that before.  Sure saves a lot of money in the long run.  Using this light weight plasma cutter is cheaper than Oxyacetytlene after just a few cuts.  Less cleaning, less maintenance, less noxious gases, less fire hazard, simply less overall work and a better, cleaner cut.

Torch head is low profile for tight spaces.  16 foot long torch cord is protected by a heat resistant sleeve.

The torch trigger can be moved for a custom fit.  Can be used in finger or thumb positions.  Set includes Short back cap to make torch low profile for tight spaces.  16 foot long torch cord is protected by a heat resistant sleeve.

An ARC welder is a necessity in any industrial shop or home workshop.  There are welding jobs that simply require ARC or SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding).  Stick welding is cheap and effective.  Fill large gaps, holes, weld cast iron and weld extra thick steel with stick.  With Arc welding, no shielding gas is required.  In many ways stick arc welding is like MIG except there is no wire feed, you have to do that manually. 

A spool gun can be connected to the ARC welding output of this machine to use it for MIG welding.  Simply connect the input to the MIG Spool gun to the ARC output of the Super160, connect the trigger wires to the trigger input of the Super160 and you have a 15-150amp Mig Welding Torch.  We will have a kit available very soon to allow our Riland 3035 spoolgun to adapt to this machine.

Consumables:

Extra consumables are available from us or from several locations including most welding supply stores.  Most consumable parts on this unit are OEM and easy to match with other brands.  The Tig parts are found in any welding supply store.  The Plasma cutter consumables are interchangeable with the Cut-40 Riland brand and can be purchased from any Riland Dealer or from us.

Two types of power cord plugs are common in 110vac or 220vac. Any hardware store should carry the plug you need for just a few dollars.
