Superb 14K SOLID GOLD Waltham Watch Painted Dial

This is an Attractive 14K SOLID GOLD WALTHAM 15J POCKET WATCH. The case is in great condition.  

The case is 35mm in diameter or 47mm including the crown. The back case lid and stem is stamped WARRANTED 14K US ASSAY B.W.C.CO. This is a known Solid Gold stamp. All three lids are solid gold. The lids shut well, seal neatly and open to 90 degrees. When you depress the stem the front lid opens. The edge of the watch is ornate and stylish. The Case has a floral design with a bird. The case has small signs of wear but photos should show these are minor marks/dents not affecting the overall look. The shield is stamped MGC it just looks an attractive design. The dust cover has a fine attractive inscription reading Mary Goldwell.

This serial number on the movement reads 7033544 which dates the watch to 1894 making it nearly 120yrs old. The watch is running well. The watch is stem wind and set. The watch is 35g in weight or 1.25 ounces. This is an attractive timepiece. It is a wonderful solid gold, running piece.

The glass and dial are in Amazing condition. I personally have not seen a dial like this. The hand painted dial design is beautiful, it must have taken some time and a lot of patience. Please consider this piece it has a stunning painted dial, attractive case design a lot of SOLID GOLD Value and amazing to think it is over 115yrs old. WOW!!
