This beautiful bronze Eagle has been handcast by the Lost Wax Casting Method which has been used for centuries by superior craftsmen and jewellers the world over to create fine jewellery and collectables.  I have been learning this method over the last couple of years and this Eagle is part of my latest firing to be put up for sale on ebay. The process is very time consuming with the attention being to hand produce the finest of products to sell to tasteful buyers that know quality.  

The Eagle is mounted on a really nice piece of Opalite that is hundreds if not thousands of years old. He is approximately 40 mm high, 34 mm wide and weighs 92.6 grams (including stone) with very fine intricate detail that make it a wonderful gift for that person that is hard to buy for. 

Polishing will not be needed to keep this Eagle looking as good as new due to the finishing process that is applied before I sell him - all that is needed is a rinse under water or a wipe to wash away the dust. I hope you enjoy what I have to offer and I look forward to showing you and the world the rest of my collection which includes Australian animals and Australian Icons like Ned Kelly and the Goldminer.

The pictures are never as nice as seeing the real thing and this Eagle is really cute and the Opalite quite striking.
