This is a Holly Pond Hill mouse with chocolate cake birthday card by artist Susan Wheeler, distributed by InterArt. The cover shows a cute mouse eating a chocolatey cake in front of his little house. This card comes with a white envelope.

On the cover, it reads: "I think that I shall never budge from this cake of frosted fudge, O, chocolate taste I love so true, Nothing else will ever do."  The greeting inside reads:  "...In thy presence is fulness of joy as thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. PSALM 16:11 KJV"  "Happy Chocolatey Birthday"
