Susie Cooper Vintage Endon Cup and Saucer Set Rare England MINT




DESCRIPTION: I offer a lovely, vintage Susie Cooper cup and saucer set in the Endon Pattern. I believe this set is from the 1930's. There are delicate shades of maroon, gray and green vining flowers and leaves. Both the cup and saucer are "marked". The cup is marked on the underside, as well as Susie Cooper England. The saucer is marked "A Susie Cooper Production, Crown Works Burslem, England" and a what looks like a"V"and a slash above.
 
MEASUREMENTS: The cup measures 2-1/4" in height and 3-3/4" in diameter. The saucer measures 5-3/4" in diameter.
 
CONDITION: The cup is in very cood condition with no chips or cracks, as is the saucer! Has a nice shine to the glaze inside and out. There is no crazing or discoloration of either piece. About as close to "mint" as you can get for an item that is pushing the age of 80!
 
I believe that this stunning and hard-to-find set is from the 1930's as mentioned.
