Shipping in the lower continental U.S. is FREE, NY State addresses add 8.875% sales tax. I will accept credit cards if I am shipping to the U.S.A. billing address of that card. If you are outside of the USA or DO NOT BID as we will only ship riflescopes to USA addresses.
