We always recommend insurance and delivery confirmation. Insurance for $50.00 coverage is $2.00 and delivery confirmation costs $1.00. Uninsured shipments travel at the risk of the buyer. I cannot provide a tracking number if you have not purchased delivery confirmation. All shipment related and import costs for International sales are the responsibility of the buyer.
Sheet music grading:
MINT – Means as good as new, possibly with a store stamp or sticker.
stamp/sticker may be present on otherwise Mint sheet music as the music
was sold this way.
NEAR MINT – Otherwise in mint condition with some small defect or
defects such as, small edge nick, corner bend, scuff from shelf wear,
name, etc. Defects may be small but noticeable.
USED – All other sheet music is rated as used. It would have signs
signs of wear, use, or handling / storage. Wear can range from minimal
to heavy use. Defects can include tears, separations, creases, stains,
soiling, wrinkling, water damage, scuffs, writing or other defects
which affect the appearance or stability of the sheet music.
All sheet music is intact, unless notes as incomplete. Age is always a
consideration in evaluation. Actual color of item may vary from my
photo. Please be aware that old vintage sheet music can flake, and
possibly be in friable condition. We do our very best to package
delicate sheet music carefully, but we have no control after a shipment
leaves our hands. Sheet music sales are considered non-returnable.
PAYMENT by PAYPAL or U.S. Money Order:
PAYPAL or U.S. money order accepted for U.S. sales. PAYPAL only for International sales. Paypal completion is requested within 24 hours of auction close.
MONEY ORDER-Email us if paying by money order and complete payment within 5 days of auction close. Prompt payment allows us to ship promptly. Non-payment after 48 hours of auction close, or requesting alternate forms of payment after auction end, will cause you to forfeit items won. Please bid responsibly, non-paying bidders are reported. Please read your invoice carefully, once items are paid, adjustments for shipping and tracking, or combined shipment will not be made.
Our specific policies contained here supersede any printed information on our ads provided by Ebay or Paypal. It is your responsibility to verify your shipping address and write ANY information effecting shipment or address correction on the PAYMENT INVOICE sheet. We are not responsible for uninsured items, shipping delays caused by carriers, time in transit, or shipping to unverified addresses. We do not ship until payment has cleared Paypal, or your money order has been received. We email when we have shipped. If you havenít heard from us, check your SPAM filter. Non-paying bidders are reported, and will be banned from future auctions.
Insurance & Delivery Confirmation Costs:
Insurance and delivery confirmation are always recommended. Insurance for U.S. shipment of $50. in value or less is $2.00, and $4.00 for up to $100.00 coverage. Tracking will add $1.00 to your total. Tracking and insurance are separate items; if you wish to include tracking on your order, email us before making payment. I cannot provide tracking information if you did not purchase delivery confirmation.

We have shipped breakables to Australia and Japan without incident, but we donít want you to be disappointed if youíre the unlucky buyer whoís package is damaged or stolen in transit. If you donít insure and track your package, youíre taking a risk. Paying the stated flat rate or non-combined shipping costs, assumes your agreement with the stated amount. Unwarranted negative feedback will result in your being blocked from bidding on our site in the future.
GUARANTEE: Only personalized or gift wrapped items are non-returnable, as are items, which are described, ìas isî or listed as non-returnable in a listing. Purchasing through PAPAL also provides you with a guarantee. Traditionally, auction sales are considered final, but if we have determined that an item has been grossly misrepresented due to our error, we guarantee to refund your purchase, plus all shipping costs. We do not refund for undamaged refused shipments, buyerís remorse, or because youíve changed your mind, or didnít bother to read the ad. If you elect to return an item for reasons other than damage in shipping or gross misrepresentation, refunds are solely at our discretion, and shipping/insurance/delivery confirmation charges will be non-refundable. However, we always review return requests on a case-by-case basis.
CLAIMS: Contact us within 7 days of auction close to qualify for a refund of refundable items if you think an item was grossly misrepresented or your insured shipment is missing or damaged. Contact us to compete refund. We always do our very best to describe items accurately and fairly but mistakes can happen. We will do our very best to remedy any problem and handle claims. Refund for loss or damage is paid when the shipper reimburses us.
REFUNDS: Returns must be arranged with us before shipment, returned in same condition as sent, and within 7 days of auction close date. You may refuse items, which have been obviously damaged in shipment and notify us immediately of your insured damaged shipments. Weíll process your refund. We do not provide partial refunds, this includes items combined for shipment and paid on a combined invoice. Elective refunds due to reasons other than insured items damaged in transit or our gross misrepresentation, may have our selling/listing/re-listing costs deducted from credits issued and are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. A disputed claim of gross misrepresentation must be accompanied by substantiating documentation, such as a professional appraisal by a certified gemologist. We reserve the right not to sell items we have for bid, if e-Bay is "down" when an auction ends.
