The exterior artwork is always included with our DVDs unless otherwise noted.  Please note that the "Insert" refers to the slip of paper inside the dvd case that often has the chapters of the DVD listed.  Not all dvds originally contain an insert.

SHIPPING

We ship via First Class Mail to the United States only.  Shipping will be same or next business day. (cut-off time for same-day is 1PM EST / 10AM PST Monday-Friday, 9AM EST / 6AM PST Saturday)  We ship to your Paypal address by default, so please be sure it is current.

[Note: If you are paying via the Echeck option in Paypal, we will need to wait for funds to clear before we can ship.  (3-5 business days). Payment clears immediately if you use Paypal Balance Transfer or your Credit Card.]

Combined Shipping

Each additional eligible media item is $1.00 added shipping.  Media items include DVDs, Books, and Cds.  The discount should be automatically calculated for you at checkout, though if you notice something doesn't add up, please don't hesitate to request an invoice for your purchase.

One or Two dvds/cds are usually shipped via USPS first class mail.  Three or more dvds/cds are usually shipped via USPS media mail, which takes longer to be delivered than first class mail.  If you'd like your multiple-item purchase to be shipped via Priority mail (which is slightly faster than first class mail) instead of Media Mail, please request an invoice from us before paying so that we can adjust your shipping rate.  Priority mail shipping upgrade is an additional $5.00. 

Payment

We only accept Paypal.  We expect payment within 5 days.

We always leave positive feedback, usually within 2 days of shipping your item(s).

Likewise, We appreciate feedback.  If you feel that you can't leave positive 5-star feedback for us, please let us know so that we have a chance to make it a 5-star transaction.

Return Policy

We offer a refund on a DVD if it is defective upon arrival or if it has been significantly misrepresented.  We do not offer a refund on DVDs for any other reason due to ease of duplication.
