Circa means "about the time" and usually references a 10 year period.  Our items are keep in a pet free and smoke free environment, but are purchased USED, and we cannot guarantee previous odors. 
 
We strive for excellent customer service.  If you are unhappy with your item, please email, and we will resolve the problem.  We do accept returns.  Shipping costs are not refunded, unless we have made a gross error in our description.  We do ask you read carefully the description and the measurements.
