The item that you are looking at is a set of 2 Swimming Pool Bearings for a pump. AO Smith part #10000353 and #10000445. Also called a #6203 and the #6304 bearings. It is a very popular bearing for many 56 frame motors.

If you have your motor apart, then the part number should be stamped on the bearing. When your motor makes a loud noise, sometimes very shrill, it is because the motor shaft bearings are bad.

If you email me your motor number, AO Smith will have a B-??? number on the motor.  I may be able to cross-reference the proper bearing for you.

I reccommend that replacing bearing should be done by a professional motor repair serviceman. But I have sold bearings to pool owners and they have installed them.

AO Smith Part Breakdown.

The bearings have a single row deep groove. Ball bearings have double non-contact seals with high temperature lubricant. They will provide quiet long life performance, with minimal vibration.
