If your item is defective not due to shipping, Please return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement. All damages due to shipping are the responsibility of the courier. The customer is responsible for doing a claim with the courier not the ROMAN SIEGE.

We offer combined shipping on most items. This is at the discretion of the ROMAN SIEGE. We try our best to ship the same day your payment is received. We ship UPS in most cases but we also do use the USPS. International customers please email us to get a shipping quote before purchasing any items. Shipping is an expense and will not be refunded and it is not negotiable. We strive to make your experience with us a pleasurable one. We leave feedback as soon as it is left for us. Feedback is very important, it helps to build a better eBay community and it lets us know that your item has arrived to you.

All items must be paid for within 5 days of auction close. we accept papal, and money orders only. we prefer money orders. all papal payments should be sent to: greatblades7@yahoo.com. if in the event you need more time to pay for your item please email us and let us know. we are willing to work with you. if we do not receive payment within the 5 days allowed we will re list the item and negative feedback may be given. please do not bid if you do not have the money to pay. thank you.
