SOMETIME IN THE PAST 110 YEARS DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED TO THE LEFT FRONT WITH A HOLE INTO THE FIRST 8 PAGES AND TOP RIGHT CORNER TORN FOR FIRST 20 PAGES. MOST PAGES STILL HAVE COMPLETE INFO FOR DAMAGE IS ON EDGES.
