WALCELLULAR will not accept any item for return that does not have a Return Authorization Number. This number can be obtained by calling 1-800-377-0738 and leaving a message containing

•  All items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered.

•  WALCELLULAR reserves the right to return all items to buyer if items are not DOA, (dead on arrival) or if items have been damaged in any way beyond our pictorial database of your item held on file for 60 Days.

•  You will have 72 hours after you have received your Return Authorization Number to ship all items back to WALCELLULAR. All items after grace period may take 15-30 days to process.

•  Walcellular will not issue any refunds until we have the items in our possession to insure items are in the same condition as when shipped.

•  Walcelllular will not authorize a return due to buyer error. (Lack of reading auction)

•  Walcellular  reserves the right to add an additional 15% restocking fee to any items returned. If returned DOA and deemed not to be DOA this will apply. (This is on a case by case basis, we will contact you and let you know).
