I have owned this T-Mobile Sidekick II since new about 5 years ago, and just upgraded to a Sidekick LX because the battery in this one is no longer holding a charge for very long. It's a little tricky to change the battery since it has to be partially disassembled. Otherwise the phone was working just fine in all modes. No issues at all. I used it almost exclusively for data only (web browsing). Since it wasn't used a lot, it shows only some minor cosmetic wear. No case; comes with charger, headphone(unused), and start up guide. What you see is what you get. I think you can find more detailed info on the specs, etc, at the T-Mobile site, or elsewhere on the web re this popular phone. You will need a SIM card to operate the phone.

If one of our photo/electronic items burns down your house, your neighborhood, or destroys the entire world, it is not our responsibility. We TRY to check everything as best we can, and describe it as accurately as possible. If we see a defect/problem, we'll show it, and/or tell you. Since we sell mostly used items, don't expect "mint" condition! We are not in love with the words "perfect" and "mint", as so many here seem to be, when dealing with older, used equipment. I don't know about you, but I'm tired of seeing items listed in "mint" condition that have any signs of wear whatsoever. IF AN ITEM HAS ONE TINY MARK/SCRATCH IT IS NOT MINT!!! Selling beat up, broken stuff on eBay is fine; just call it as it is! We would LOVE to sell MINT/New items since they are easy to describe: "MINT!!" But, it's virtually never the case with older items!
You can always immediately pay with PayPal at auction end, if no further info is needed. Otherwise, you will receive an invoice shortly after auction end, or within 12 hours if we have a rare ISP problem here. IF you can't pay by PayPal, please contact us and see what we can do.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We generally ship smaller items via USPS (the Post Office). For non-US shipping, please see the next section below. WE DO NOT SHIP UPS. We will ship larger items FedEx Ground, those heavier than about 5 or 6 lbs. Shipping larger items via FedEx Ground is generally cheaper. In most cases we will ship within 24 hours after payment is made by PayPal. EBay now FORCES sellers to give a time frame for shipping. We "officially" chose 2 business days, but 95% of the time items go out the same or next day, depending on what time payment is received. We ship from zip code 34608. We usually don't make Post Office visits on Mondays, or the day after a holiday; it's just too busy! No extra handling fees unless otherwise stated.
CANADA and OVERSEAS SHIPPING:
There is no longer any OVERSEAS SURFACE SHIPPING. We usually ship most small inexpensive items via International First Class(up to 4 lbs) or International Priority Mail or EMS on larger/expensive items.
Canada: Shipping rates to Canada for small First Class packages are very close to US cost, so in many cases involving small packages with fixed shipping cost, we will quote one rate for both.
We reserve the right to remove any bid at any time. We will be on the lookout for chronic bid retractors, buyers who hand out frivolous negatives, or those with zero feedback that make their eBay debut by bidding on thousands of dollars worth of goods. In the past, 100% of these people have turned out to be deadbeats, so we won't accept their bids now. If you are a new/low/zero feedback bidder and are bidding on an expensive item, please contact us so we can make sure you have a PayPal account already established.
If we don't receive payment within 7 days of the auction and have not heard from you, we reserve the right to re-list the item.
