This beautifully hand paint top was a return by one of my customer but is brand new - never been worn. The back of this piece is completely open. The top ties around the neck and in the back. Perfect for a night on the town the one of a kind piece will draw lots a compliments from all that see you in it. Looks great worn with jeans or a skirt.
