Up for your consideration is a very nice, vintage small metal chest pin worn by qualified members of the Republic of China (Taiwan) Army Special Forces. This one has a black background - probably to distinguish which Brigade the wearer belonged to. Believe these were worn above the pocket of the service dress uniform, and possibly on the camouflage parade uniforms during the 1970s and early 1980s. To my knowledge, they are no longer worn. The small metal pin measures just over 1 & 1/8" wide, and features a screwpost fastener and plastic nut on the reverse side. Makes a fine addition to any collection of Chinese or international Special Forces insignia or memorabilia.
PLEASE NOTE: I will not accept or honour bids from anyone with entirely-negative feedback, or from any established bidders with an excessive amount of negative feedback (my discretion). Zero feedback, new bidders must contact me before bidding or your bid will be cancelled without explanation.
PAYMENT INFORMATION: Prompt payment for all auctions is appreciated, and I would also appreciate it if the buyer would contact me within three days of the end of the auction to confirm you have received my invoice. My payment preference is for Paypal, but I also accept money orders or cashier’s cheques. Flat Rate 1st Class postage will be $1.25 to U.S. addresses, and airmail postage to most other nations will be $2.05 USD. Registered mail, insurance, and other mailing options are available at the buyer's expense, and are recommended if you are concerned with postal theft or fraud (I accept no responsibility for any items that go missing in the post). If you win more than a single auction from me, I will combine everything into one parcel to save postage costs, factoring in the overall weight and size of the items, and any special packing considerations.
Please check out my other Ebay listings for more interesting, rare and unusual military insignia, berets, uniforms and field kit. I have been collecting international militaria for nearly twenty years, focussing primarily on camouflage combat uniforms, elite unit berets, and special forces/airborne/elite unit insignia, so you can bid with confidence. As founder/director of the International Camouflage Uniform Society (ICUS), as well as a long-time member of Chute & Dagger (airborne/special forces insignia society), I am always pleased to hear from other collectors with similar interests who wish to share information, help with identification, arrange trades, etc. All items in my auctions are described accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and are believed to be genuine unless specifically stated otherwise. All items are sold as is, and all sales are final. Contact me if you have further questions, but please be polite and articulate if you want an answer. Thanks for looking and best of luck!
