Shipping Rates & Information
All items with the exception of Military shipments are shipped via United Parcel Service or Fed Ex. We do not offer local pick-up. All items must be shipped on our shipper ID. We cannot use other accounts.
Bidding on Multiple Items
Please do not complete checkout prior to adding your last item. Our checkout system will automatically combine multiple items into one order. For more information, please click here.
International Duties, Taxes and Fees
International customers may be subject to additional import duties, taxes and other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. Your shipping charge includes the cost of shipping and brokerage. Charges to clear your customs office for taxes and other charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are beyond our control and vary by country. Please call your local customs office for more information. We are required by law to state the actual purchase price for declared value. We cannot change this amount.

Additional Information
Order processing Orders are processed and shipped every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or National holidays. Once payments are verified, items are typically shipped within one business day. Orders must be received (checkout completed and payment verified) by 12:00pm EST to be eligible for expedited service. Orders paid by Paypal e-Checks cannot be shipped via an expedited service.
Reduced shipping for multiple items Our checkout will automatically combine shipping for multiple items as long as you do not complete checkout prior to adding additional items. For orders with multiple items, you will be charged the appropriate additional item fee after the first item which will be charged at the single item rate.
Insurance All items are insured. If your item is damaged in shipment, we will work with you to remedy the situation.
Order tracking You will receive an order confirmation with a tracking number once the item ships. The status of the order may be tracked on our website. Tracking is not available for Military APO/FPO shipments.
Military shipments We ship all items to APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service at the above rates. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Tracking for these shipments is not available.
Payment Information
Checkout After you have won the auction, or after the Buy It Now, please complete the Global Golf checkout. Do not go through eBay checkout. After the auction has ended, you will receive an award notification e-mail with checkout instructions from Global Golf.
Payment Terms and Sales Tax All items must be paid within 10 days. You will receive a payment notification after seven days. If payment is not received by the 10th day, your auction will be revoked and considered non-paid. A non-paying bidder report will be filed with eBay. If you bid on the item in error, you may be subject to a 15% relisting fee. All payments must be made in US Currency.
State law requires that we charge sales tax on all orders shipped to the states of North Carolina at 7% and South Carolina at 6.0% (Horry County shipments are subject to an additional 1%).
Discounted Shipping for multiple items Our checkout system combines multiple eBay items automatically. Please see below for more information.

Paypal
 We accept Paypal payments. If your paypal account is linked to a checking or other banking account, payment may be considered an e-check. Paypal e-checks will not be shipped until Paypal provides verification of payment. This requires 3-5 business days from the date that checkout is completed.
Return Policies
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason, you are not happy with your item, it may be returned within 14 days. The item must be received in the same condition as it was sold and include all accessories, if applicable. A return authorization must be granted and customer is responsible for all shipping and duties and taxes, if applicable.
Return Guidelines
- All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please call us to request a number.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, duties and taxes.
- Restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may be applicable.
- Refund will be issued on the product price (and applicable sales tax) only. Original shipping is not refundable.
- Items must be received in the same condition as they were sold and must include all inserts, accessories, if applicable, and include a RMA# clearly written on the box.
- All items will be inspected prior to refund being issued.
- Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt of the item.

Issues with shipment Each item that is shipped is insured. If you received a damaged item please contact customer service as soon as possible and we will work with you to rectify the situation to your satisfaction. If the item you received was not the item that you ordered, please call us as soon as possible. We will arrange to replace your item and pick-up the incorrect item as quickly as possible.
Item condition We guarantee the accuracy of each club description. Our product specialists take great effort in accurately describing and rating each item. If you feel the club is not accurately described, please call our customer service department to request a return. Please note that our standard return policy does apply. If we determine that the item was inaccurately rated or described, we will issue you a complete refund, including original and return shipping.
Item Picture The picture in the ad is the only picture we have at this time. The volume of inventory we receive daily prohibits us from taking multiple pictures. The picture in the ad is of the actual item being sold. Every ad written by our knowledgeable golf staff is an accurate description of the item in question.
Serial Numbers We do not include serial numbers in our listing description and we are unable to relay that information once an item is processed and boxed. We completely guarantee that all of our clubs are genuine. If for any reason you believe that the club received is not, please call our customer service team immediately. We will happy to assist you.
Warranty We will be happy to help you with any warranty and repair issues. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with your issues.
