If you have not opened the item, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days, no questions asked. We do not take back opened product.
You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. The product must be unregistered, and returned with everything that shipped with the product. If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused.

All merchandise is guaranteed for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase. Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty . We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period. Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired. Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received. A 15% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a Company Credit is requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds). The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "return shipping address". Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
In cases of return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. Email amsciarra@verizon.net with Your Name, Your Order Number (invoice number on your invoice), the title of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.
If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Call us or Email amsciarra@verizon.net for a replacement shipment. We will include a prepaid return mailer in your replacement shipment that you can use to return the incorrect product to us.

We offer Worldwide Shipping on almost all of our products. When ordering, please be as detailed on your address as possible. Let us know exactly how the shipping label should look.
