If an item is defective, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must be printed clearly on the outside of the package that is being returned in order for us to process your return request. We agree, at our discretion, to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period. Defective products must be returned in its' original packaging with all accessories, including owner's manual. Defective product, missing accessories and/or original packaging will be repaired and/or replaced as received. Any return package that does not have an RMA number will be refused. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable in any situation. Return cost of any defective item is the sole responsibility of the customer. A 15% Restocking fee will applies to any non-defective returns. You will receive an e-mail notifying you of any credit applied to your account. Please allow 3-5 days for processing.

We have a flat rate shipping charge throughout the 48 contiguous United States. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase. We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, APO/AE, and U.S. Virgin Islands. An additional charge may be required, please contact us before making any purchase. We do ship to P.O. Boxes for an additional fee of $10.00. Please be aware that not all items are available for USPS shipping due to size and weight. We ship to Canada via FEDEX and USPS; an additional charge may be required, please contact us before making any purchase. Please be aware that custom fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply. These fees are the sole responsibility of the consumer. Payment:
We accept Paypal, money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks. Please note that we wait 10 days for checks to clear before item is shipped. Checkouts must be completed within 7 days of the auction closing and all payments must be made within this period. Other payments options must be received within 10 days of auction ending. If payment is not received within this period, a non-payment claim will be filed. There is a 6% sales tax for Delaware residents.
