Machines are shipped with UPS Ground service in 4 boxes, setup instructions included. Tracking information is provided. A physical address is required to ship all items (no PO Boxes).
Machines shipped to Canada and overweight machines
are shipped by ground cargo service.
Special Note: Shipments going
to the USA will encounter a UPS Customs import
fee of approximately $28 (possibly higher for items valued at
over $1000). We do our best to keep this fee to a minimum and
to ensure fast and safe passage over the US Border.
