1.        All our items are brand new, never used, not refurbished and ordered direct from the manufacturer with one-year manufacturer warranty.

2.        If you are buying multiple items for combined shipment discount, please buy all items without paying instantly.   You may wish to request an invoice from us after buying all the items.  We will send you a combined invoice showing the discounts.

3.        If you prefer to pay instantly with PayPal, we will refund the shipping discount(s) to you through PayPal afterwards.

4.        Normally we will ship within 2 working days after payment is received except for exceptional and unforeseen circumstances.  In such a case, we will advise buyer of the late shipment.

6.        Our agents in Hong Kong will ship according to purchase information provided by PayPal.  If you request for shipping to an alternate address or for other special requests, please do state all your requests in the “message” column when paying with PayPal.  Requests made after the PayPal payment per another email may not be entertained as our agents in Hong Kong have access to our PayPal account only, they do not have access to our eBay or mailbox messages.

7.        Normally, delivery time is around 7 days to 14 days depending on location.

8.        We will not be held responsible for any import duties, customs fees, etc. on you side, if any.

9.        Our return policy is as stated below.  For DOA item we will ship another item for exchange.  In the case when exchange is not possible owing to out of stock, we will fully refund the purchased item cost.
