- Shipping: Our shipping

postal/zip code. This is only an estimate, additional shipping charges
will apply to certain U.S. addresses. Most items are shipped
within 2 business days of payment receipt. Your items will be
professionally packed using high quality packing materials by our
shipping department. We are very proud of their skills, they safely
ship several thousand packages every month. Our in house foam in place
machine is used to make custom foam inserts to protect those hard to
pack and heavy items. Our very reasonable shipping and handling fees
are based on these professional skills and facilities. We will not ship
using your account, please do not ask.
- Combined
Orders: If you have bid on multiple auctions,
please wait until all auctions have ended before proceeding to our
checkout. All items must be paid within 7 days. If you need help
contact us by calling or writing. The auctions should
automatically be combined when you go through the checkout. The
checkout will combine the orders and calculate a shipping
discount for each item after the full shipping amount is charged for
the item with the highest shipping rate. If this process does not take
place, please contact us before making any payment. Once you complete
the checkout, you will not be able to combine additional auctions. No
exceptions can be made. Failure to make combined payment will result in
full & separate S&H charges for each item.
- Shipping
Insurance: Every item is insured,
therefore it is automatically included in the shipping price when you
checkout.
- Shipment Tracking: Tracking
information will be emailed once your item has shipped. You may also
obtain this information by logging in to the checkout above.
- Local
Pick Up:
Appointments must be scheduled to pick items up at our location,
call
 806.376.1121.
There is a seven dollar and fifty cents ($ 7.50) pickup fee for the
first three items, more if you are difficult. Appointment hours are
Monday through Friday between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Some items may
require 24-hour notice for preparation, all items require a minimum of
two hours notice. No items may be picked up without an
appointment.

We will attempt to ship your item within 48 hours after payment has
been received.
To get a real-time shipping quote to your destination, enter your
country and zip / postal code information into the shipping calculator
and click "Get Rate".
This item is
eligible for pickup unless otherwise stated.
Many
countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on
items being shipped from a foreign country. We do/do not cover this
cost for all of our US customers.

Orders & Cashier's Checks: Buyers must
also complete the checkout if you are going to mail in your payment.
All cashier's checks and money orders must be in US dollars.

International Paypal users will be required to use a shipping
method that has tracking. This can raise the cost of shipment
considerably.
- Taxes:Texas
residents must add 8.25% Sales Tax. Texas sales tax is calculated on
the entire amount including shipping and handling as required by Texas
law. Seller is not in any way responsible for VAT Taxes or Duty. Texas
residents who have resale certificate must fax a completed Texas Resale
Certificate to us 806.351.2284.
- Payment
Terms:Please
do not bid if you do not want to
buy, we reserve the right to re-list the item if not paid after 7 days.
Payments not received within 7 days are automatically reported as an
unpaid item with eBay to recover our eBay fees. If we have not received
payment after the 16th day, we will turn the auction over to eBay for
Final Value Fee Reimbursement (FVF). Note An Unpaid Dispute will NOT
hurt your standing on eBay; a FVF request will affect your
standing on eBay. We reserve the right to leave negative
feedback. Once
fees are credited, the checkout is closed and the item is relisted.

All items are sold "AS IS" ~ "AS
PICTURED" ~ "AS DESCRIBED".
Basically, what you SEE is what
you get. Unless specifically stated, accessories, probes, power cords,
manuals, software, etc. are not included.
We
will send the winning bidder
an invoice within one (1) hour of auction end adding
shipping/handling/insurance fees (see above for explanation of handling
fees) based upon zip code listed with eBay. Please see shipping details
above for shipping methods. Winning bidders are expected to confirm
their order within three (3) business days after invoice sent. Payment
in full is expected to be sent within three (3) business days after
invoice is sent. Additional instructions for completion of auction and
payment will be included in our invoice.
We
will gladly combine multiple
auction winnings to save on S&H fees. If you have or expect to
win multiple items, please email us as soon as possible and list the
item #_ s you have and/or expect to win and we will send you an invoice
after all items have ended.
We
are unable to hold multiple
auction items for more than seven (7) days, so please plan accordingly.
If the seller is unable to establish contact with the high bidder
within three (3) business days of the end of the auction, he/she may
lose the place as winning bidder, and be at risk for receiving negative
feedback and/or a Non-Paying Bidder warning, both of which can
ultimately lead to suspension from eBay.
