 This is a new in package pretty heart that is called Textured Heart, 5 x 5, designed by Toni Schlitzer.  The kit is from Dimensions from 1989.

It includes design printed in full color on 12 mesh cottn canvas, Persian wool yarn, perle cotton, satin ribbon, needle, and easy instructions.
