PAYMENT
Payment is due within seven (7) days of auction close unless you make arrangements before purchasing the item. If payment is not received within seven (7) days of auction close, a Non-Paying Bidder form will be filed with E-Bay, the Buyer forfeits all rights to purchase and The Comic Garage reserves the right to re-list the item for sale.

OUR RETURN POLICY
We stand by our grading, we will not haggle over the price after an item is sent! If the item has an obvious oversight, like water damage or staining, or is not the same as the comic in the scan, we will issue a full refund AND pay return shipping or make arrangements to send the correct comic. Otherwise if you are unsatisfied we will issue a refund minus the shipping / handling charge. We package all items securely with cardboard and provide Delivery Confirmation on all shipments.
