THE AMISH OF PA. DUTCH COUN. personal Viewmaster Set

This Personal Viewmaster set of “The Picturesque Amish Folk of  Pennsylvania Dutch Country (Lancaster County, Pa.) is quite a find! The 3 reels, and insert (which is an information sheet), are in wonderful condition, with only Reel 3 having scattered tiny bubbles on one side. This is a "Personal Reel Mount" The picures were not taken by Sawyer's. “A633” is written in pencil on the back of the packet. Each reel has it’s own reel sleeve, which has the number 1, 2, or 3 in the “no.” area at the top of the sleeve. On each reel is “Photo Arts 962 Salisbury Court, Lancaster, Penna.” The packet has an actual picture of 2 Amish children on the front. The top flap has been taped, as has the back of the packet. Some of the tape left a mark from the old glue. This had been torn and taped. This doesn’t detract from it’s collectibilty, but attests to it’s age. Come along to Lancaster, and experience  Amish Home, Water Wheel, and Pasture, Girls drink at Family Pump, Men load corn into Silo, about to unload lumber for the winter, taking wheat to Old Grist Mill by Buggy, Women converse while going shopping, Women load Buggy with Shopping, off to School on Home Made Scooters, School in session at One-Room School, Children practice writing their names, Children on bench recite their lesson, older Children eat lunch on the porch, younger Children eat  by themselves, doing homework in the meadow on the farm,  family gets buggy ride to go to meeting, going to meeting buggies cross covered bridge, Children await end of Church meeting, after dinner boys play baseball in field, boys and girls play stick base around tree, bearded Amish Men converse at Public Sale, and bonneted Women converse at Auction. This would be a welcome addition to your collectible Viewmaster collection!
