This is a very popular, player preferred, tool for dressing up your pool cue tip.  It has 2 sides.  One side has course grit for shaping, and the other side has a finer grit for roughing the tip so chalk will adhere to it.  Unscrew it apart to reveal 37 stainless steel, sharp needle like points to "tenderize" the tip to achieve maximum chalk retention.  Achieve maximum ball control with a perfectly dressed tip.  Chalk softly, and carry THE BIG PRIK.
