Illustrated with over 20 engravings of prominent members of the Burr family as well as numerous autograph examples. Extensive section on Aaron Burr, the third Vice President of the United States who shot and killed Alexander Hamilton in a pistol duel in 1804.

There is a bit of fraying to the cloth at the spine tips and corners and light age toning to the pages. One page is dog eared. Otherwise very good condition with no writing or markings, stains or soiling, torn creased or folded pages.
