Shipping within Canada is reasonable & extremely resonable when multiple items are being packaged together. Shipping items to the U.S can become pricy. We've researched every single avenue & option when it comes to shipping packages/parcels -- Canada post wins hands down cost wise. They do not offer a media mail service nor does anyone else in canada. We understand and are quite aware that shipping within the u.s is cheaper. We have no control over what our post charges. We charge the EXACT cost & in most cases do not charge for packaging materials or 'handling'. In a lot of cases, we actually charge slightly less than what the true cost is. An example of this is books. A standard hardcover can cost, with a weight of 1kg, approx $12 to ship :( there is nothing cheaper. and we know you can have it shipped within your own country for half that. To offset this, we will price our items as competitive as possible. If you have any questions regarding shipping, just contact us.
Feedback is very important to us & we take it very seriously. We will always leave feedback for you. At the time of your purchase, while waiting for your package, or once we have recieved notice that your package has arrived & you're happy.
