This 563-page hardbound book by Marcel Proust is the 5th novel in his Remembrance of Things Past series.  It is translated from the French by C. K. Scott Moncrieff.

 

This is a Modern Library publication from 1950s or 60s.   From a private collection, NOT ex-library.

 

SPECIAL NOTE:  Of the Proust novels, I’ve listed the The Captive is also included in the four-novel volume.

 

CONDITION: very good; some shelf wear and spine has some discoloration.  The dust jacket is very good with some edge wear and small tears.  Clean inside.
