THE FIRM WORKOUT - SEVEN VHS TAPES - HARDLY USED!!

Up for auction today we have a wonderful collection of VHS tapes from The Firm Workout, one of the most popular workouts to hit the fitness scene.  This lot includes the following tapes in their respective conditions:

1.  Cardio Sculpt - used the most, still in great shape!!

2.  Super Cardio Sculpt - used once, still in like new condition!!

3.  Ab Sculpt - never used

4.  Lower body Sculpt I - never used

5.  Super Body Sculpt - never used

6.  Body Sculpt - never used

7.  Cardio Sculpt Blaster - never used.

I am also throwing in the Form Points Tape, that shows you the correct form to use for each position.  This is a great workout, I have just decided to use a different one.  MY LOSS IS YOUR GAIN!!  I paid several times more than the starting bid for these tapes...don't let them get away!!
