was published by Henry Altemus.  Based on a French memoir by a figure in the Court of Henry IV, the adventures he went on with two brothers, 234 pages.  Color illustration at frontispiece.  Art nouveau pattern at endpapers.  The green cloth binding has floral and gilt stamped illustration at the front & spine.  About 8" tall.

 

In good to fair condition, the book has this wear:   Lightly browned pages. Front board loose.  Front gilt and spine lettering rubbed.  Corners bumped.  Foxing spots at back. 

 

No publication date - ca. 1890 ^^
