IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE TO MAIL ITEMS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES AND I DO NOT WANT A WINNING BIDDER TO BE SURPRISED AFTER THE AUCTION HAS ENDED. I WILL ENCLOSE AN INVOICE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT ON BIDDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. THIS IS TO SATISFY CUSTOMS REGULATIONS OTHERWISE THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO ME. THEY ARE GETTING VERY STRICT ON THIS MATTER. If a bidder is not satisfied, they can return the item with 3 days notification by e-mail. The bidder MUST pay the return postage and insurance. The item returned MUST be in the original condition and package.
