This magazine is brand new and purchased from a newstand there are no address label problems and all inserts and such should be intact (I have not looked because I do not want to destroy the magazine). I see no creases, tears, watermarks or any type of damage. The magazine is in perfect condition, but as a seller of collectibles with a good reputation, I cannot claim that an item that has been handled by human hands is in (mint condition). I can, however, say with complete confidence that you cannot tell that the magazine was ever touched!!
